2. Place the base of cushioning material on the base of steel box.

3. Spread out a piece of plastic sheet on the base of cushioning material.

4. Place the battery on the plastic sheet.

1. Place the base of a steel box.

* Align the direction of the part and cushioning material (by aligning the "F" mark).

1. Steel box * 1 unit

* Set by aligning per 4 projections.

2. Cushioning material * 1 unit

(styrene foam)

3. Plastic sheet * 1 pc

4. Hexagonal bolt, nut, SW * 18 sets

Names of each surface

5. Wrap up by the plastic sheet.

6. Tape the sheet.

7. Cover the top by cushioning material.

8. Assemble the front wall.

9. Assemble one of side walls.

* Align the "F" marks on the cushioning materials.

* Interlock the joint parts of the base and the wall.

* Interlock the joint parts of the base and the wall.

10. Tighten bolts temporarily. (Hexagon, SW, nuts)  * Note: Work by two persons to ensure that the walls are secured.

11. Assemble the back and another side walls in accordance with the steps # 8 and 9.

12. Tighten bolts of each surface temporarily.  (Hexagon bolts, SW, nuts)

13. Close the lids by sliding.

14. Tighten bolts on the lid temporarily.

15. Tighten all the bolts attached firmly.
